Pre-Sale Information
Vault Break occasionally lists Pokémon and Marvel product for pre-order ahead of its official release. Pre-sale lets you reserve product before it ships, subject to the terms below.
1. What Counts as Pre-Sale
A pre-sale listing is anything offered before it is ready to ship immediately — awaiting official release, awaiting inventory, or scheduled for a future fulfillment date. Expected timing is noted on the product page where available.
2. Release Dates Can Move
Release dates come from the manufacturer or distributor and are estimates. If a release slips, your shipping timeline slips with it — that is outside our control.
3. Shipping of Pre-Sale Orders
Pre-sale items do not ship immediately. Once the product actually arrives to us, our standard 1–2 business day processing window kicks in, followed by the usual 3–5 business day delivery estimate.
4. Availability Isn’t Guaranteed
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee the manufacturer hits their original date. Delays, allocation limits, and supply issues happen. We will let affected customers know if we learn of a significant delay.
5. Product Details May Change
Manufacturers sometimes tweak packaging, artwork, pack count, or contents between listing and release. The final product may differ slightly from what was shown when you ordered.
6. Pricing
The price you pay is the one shown and accepted at checkout, subject to our Terms of Service and any obvious listing errors.
7. Confirmation
You will get a confirmation email after placing a pre-order. It confirms your order, not an exact release or delivery date. Questions? Email support@mouch.shop with your order number.
8. Mixed Orders
If your order has both pre-sale and in-stock items, we may hold everything to ship together once the pre-sale item lands, or split it into separate shipments — whichever makes sense for the order.
9. Cancellations
Email us if you need to cancel a pre-order. We can usually accommodate this before the item enters fulfillment; once shipped, our standard return process applies.
10. Returns on Pre-Sale Items
Pre-sale product follows our regular Refund and Returns Policy once delivered — generally a 30-day window, with the usual sealed-product conditions.
11. Sealed Contents
Pre-sale boxes are still sealed manufacturer product. We don’t control or guarantee specific pulls, parallels, or hits inside unless a listing says otherwise.
