Customer safety matters to us at Vault Break. Trading cards, packs, and packaging can include small parts and materials that need reasonable care. Please read this before opening or handling your order.
1. Choking Hazard — Small Parts
Cards, wrappers, inserts, and packaging can include small components. Keep products and packaging away from young children and anyone who might put small items in their mouth, and supervise kids handling collectible product.
2. Age & Supervision
Some sealed product may not suit very young children because of small parts or packaging. Parents and guardians should judge what is appropriate for their child and supervise as needed.
3. Packaging Materials
Boxes may include plastic wrap, foil, shrink wrap, and cardboard. None of it is a toy — dispose of packaging properly after opening, especially around kids.
4. Sharp or Rigid Edges
Cards, boxes, and plastic packaging can have edges that cause minor scrapes if handled roughly. Open packaging carefully and avoid excessive force.
5. Opening Sealed Product
Use reasonable care and the right tool when opening sealed boxes or cases — don’t force it, and follow any manufacturer instructions included.
6. Damaged Packaging
Don’t open or use a product if the packaging looks badly damaged or unsafe. Contact support@mouch.shop with your order number and photos first.
7. Manufacturer Warnings Come First
Some products include manufacturer-specific warnings or age guidance. Those take priority over the general notes on this page.
8. Storage
Keep cards and sealed product somewhere clean and dry, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and extreme temperature swings, to protect their condition.
9. Collectible Value
We don’t guarantee any card or product will hold or increase in value — market prices move with supply, demand, and popularity. Buy for the hobby, not as a financial bet.
10. Sealed Contents
What’s inside a sealed box — specific cards, parallels, autographs — is set entirely by the manufacturer. We don’t control or guarantee any particular pull unless stated in the listing.
11. Handling Cards
Handle cards with clean, dry hands, avoid bending them, keep them away from liquids and direct sun, and use sleeves or storage if you want to keep them in top shape.
12. Allergies & Sensitivities
We don’t independently test products for allergens. If you have known sensitivities, check manufacturer packaging info or contact us before buying.
13. Online Safety
Never send full card numbers, security codes, or passwords by email. If a message claiming to be from Vault Break looks suspicious, verify with us before responding with any payment info.
14. Reporting a Safety Concern
Email support@mouch.shop with your order number, the product, a description of the issue, and photos if you have them. We will review and follow up.
